Jeff Sessions leads the charge to cut funds for refugee resettlement on Senate side [Omnibus]

Here is the news yesterday at World Net Daily from reporter Leo Hohmann with a catchy title:

Despite all the tough talk by Speaker Paul Ryan and GOP leaders in Congress about Syrian refugees and the need for better screening, the true intent of those leaders will be laid bare on Dec. 11.

That's the day that a catch-all "omnibus" budget bill is scheduled to be voted on in the House.

In that bill there is expected to be full funding of President Obama's refugee resettlement program, which costs $1.2 billion annually to bring in 85,000 refugees from more than two dozen countries around the world. About half of them will come from countries with active jihadist movements including 10,000 from Syria, about 8,000 from Somalia, nearly 10,000 from Iraq, and several thousand more from Burma, Uzbekistan, Bosnia, Democratic Republic of Congo and Afghanistan.

The United Nations will choose which refugees from what countries get to come to America at the U.S. taxpayer's expense. The nationalities of these refugees will be concealed in most cases until after they arrive in the more than 180 cities and towns across the U.S.

The House passed a bill, the America SAFE Act, by a lopsided vote two weeks ago that calls for a "pause" in the resettlements until the White House can provide certain assurances that the refugees have been properly vetted.

But that's a smokescreen as the SAFE Act won't stop a single refugee from arriving in any of those 180 cities, says Sen. Jeff Sessions, R-Ala., who is chairman of the Senate's subcommittee on immigration and the national interest.

Senator Perdue: Parker, who answered the phone, said that Senator Perdue firmly opposed the resettlement of any Syrian refugees in Georgia; they received 7,000 calls yesterday in opposition to the resettlement of Syrian refugees in Georgia and my call at 1:53 pm today was the first call they received in favor of the refugee program.

So, if you think your calls don't matter, you are wrong! They have never been challenged like this! Mention the Syrians in your calls, but it's the funding for the program you should focus on!

Sen. Jeff Sessions (R-AL) is warning Americans that under House Speaker Rep. Paul Ryan (R-WI) and Senate Majority Leader Sen. Mitch McConnell (R-KY), the planned government funding bill, allows Obama to bring in 10,000 Syrian refugees and place them in American communities. Session said in a statement:

"As currently written, this years appropriations bills will be combined into a catch-allomnibus by December 11th which amounts to a blank check to carry out Obama's refugee resettlement plans. Not only will the President be allowed to bring in the 85,000 refugees he has announced on top of current record immigration levels, but this will include at least 10,000 refugees from Syria......who will subsequently be able to bring in their foreign relatives.

All refugees are eligible for lifetime government benefits and Social Security and Medicare access, and are on a fast-track to becoming voting U.S. citizens. More than 90 percent of recent Middle Eastern refugees are on welfare.

Technically, the bill hasnt yet been released.....but will likely be released mere hours before the vote (to dupe and bamboozle Americans). Its pretty clear from the public statements of the GOP leadership, that the plan in Congress is to pave the way for Obama and the jihadis.

FYI-REFERENCE Obama is funneling our tax dollars directly into non-profits (and religious organizations like Catholic Charities) for the purpose of resettling these refugees..... reportedly over $20M (that we know of).

News outlets report that the vengeful Obama is on the warpath and is threatening legal action on the 31 states who are refusing refugees...Obama is using federal laws to undermine the states' sovereignty.

NOW PONDER THIS There is the distinct possibility that Mideast countries are bribing Obama....paying Obama to take these actions.

Gov Abbott, and the 31 states refusing Syrian refugees, should subpoena the wire-transfers in and out of Valerie Jarrrett's and Susan Rice's WH offices......to determine the scope and dimension of foreign monies being directed to Obama and to his two Clintonesque buck-raking foundations.

Refugee relocation monies may also be phonied-up....characterized as "donations" to Obama's billion dollar "library fund"---scheduled to be built in Chicago.

Homeland Security seeks $41.2 billion budget for 2016

Homeland Security Secretary Jeh Johnson announced a $41.2 billion budget request Monday for the 2016 fiscal year.

The budget would improve the unity of effort at the department, Johnson said, focusing on harmonizing DHS business processes. Along with the budget, a new Common Appropriations Structure was also submitted to Congress, which would standardize financial planning, programming and budgets for all DH agencies, Johnson said.

There are five areas the department focuses on each year, and the budget is in alignment with those five missions, Johnson said.

<><> The first mission is to prevent terrorism and enhance security in the country by implementing security for the land, air and at sea.

<><> The next mission is to secure and manage the countrys borders, and reduce the number of illegal immigrants and amount of contraband getting into the United States.

<><> The third mission includes enforcing and administering immigration laws and providing safe and secure detention of illegal immigrants in federal custody if they are a flight risk or a public safety concern.

<><> The fourth mission deals with safeguarding and securing cyberspace, which impacts economic security. The 2016 budget would invest in technology and staff to reduce cybercrime and improve the security of federal network defenses.

<><> The fifth mission, Johnson said, is to strengthen national preparedness and resilience so the country can prepare and respond to any type of disaster.

Johnson said before Congress approves any funding for the next fiscal year lawmakers should approve funding for the current year.

The Presidentâ€™s FY 2016 Budget provides the resources necessary for the Department of Homeland Security to further strengthen our efforts to fulfill our wide-ranging missions, while also being agile and vigilant in the face of ever-evolving threats and recent world events, Johnson said. â€œBut prior to acting on the FY 2016 Budget, I urge Congress to fully fund DHS for the rest of this fiscal year, as the current continuing resolution is disruptive, creates uncertainty, and impedes efficient resource planning and execution.â€
