FRiends, here are some facts that should make us all pause:

In the month of October, 2015, the Israeli Ministry of Foreign Affairs reported 620 “internal” attacks in Israel. 483 of these were firebombings. The remainder were mostly shootings, stabbings, and vehicle attacks (attempts to run down pedestrians, etc.)

Consider also that Israel is about as “hardened” as a free country can be, against these attacks, and has superior internal security services. An unusually high part of the population are military or security personnel, not to mention the “ex” such.

Working against this is the 17.4% Muslim portion of the population, and (I read this somewhere) only 10% of the non-security portion of the population own firearms of any type.

Can you imagine 620 attacks in one month in the US?
