Authorities were involved in a shootout in San Bernardino that left a “suspect down†and a SUV riddled with bullet holes Wednesday.
Aerial video from Sky5 showed the damaged SUV stopped in the 1700 block of East San Bernardino Avenue with several of its windows shot out and the doors open.
“There were shots fired, officers were involved and there is a suspect down,†a spokesperson for the San Bernardino Police Department said during a news conference immediately following the incident....

I agree. Seems more like gang revenge shyt than a military assault. They were in and out fast while doing lots of killing but then stayed in the big black SUV with the sign saying “here we are”. Smells like gang mentality.

There's a kind of suicidal desperation in this incident that I think militates against such a scenario.
Neither did the Boston Bombers.

They could have stayed in the building and killed lots more people and they shot it out with an army of cops.
No their actions say that they intended to get away. They were in and out in minutes.
My guess is that if they were terrorist they have or had intensions to go on to kill again in a similar fashion as long as possible.
