all of the gun haters in the US should be bold about getting their beliefs out and put a sicker on their cars and signs in front of their homes telling all that they do not believe that anyone should own a firearm (not even personal body guards) and that they (the gun haters) practice that belief. Article 17: That no person in this state can in any case be subjected to law martial, or to any penalties or pains by virtue of that law except those employed in the army, and the militia in actual service.
