The National Gun Victims Action Council (NGVAC) is calling on President Barack Obama to declare a “state of emergency†over fictional events, and then use that fictitious excuse to scrap the Constitution and impose his will under martial law.
Gun control supporters really are apparently just this crazy (hat tip: AWR Hawkins):
Americans are in the midst of a gun violence epidemic. The National Emergencies Act gives the president the power and responsibility to declare a state of emergency when the government lacks the procedures and capacity to address an unchecked natural or man-made public health epidemic.
How much more must Americans endure? Domestic military installations have been attacked; media members have been murdered on camera. Shootings have recently occurred at church prayer meetings, in movie theaters, restaurants, department stores, offices, factories, schools, colleges, national parks and while driving along major US highways....

all of the gun haters in the US should be bold about getting their beliefs out and put a sicker on their cars and signs in front of their homes telling all that they do not believe that anyone should own a firearm (not even personal body guards) and that they (the gun haters) practice that belief. How many of them would actually walk their talk?

How about if the people in there were all armed and the shooter came in. The police would not be looking for anyone right now , nor charging tax payers for overtime.

there are already literally 1000’s of gun laws on the books- but apparently, NONE of those laws are ‘sensible laws’ because the meme of the left is “We need sensible responsible gun laws”
We WILL ‘officially’ either lose the right to own guns, or it will become so burdensome and expensive that only the rich with specialist lawyers to take care of all the hassle that will come with owning guns will be able to have guns
Obama has said he will concentrate on gun control for the rest of his term. He should know, so will we. I participate in regular target shooting and from the sounds on the neighboring farms, so do a lot of other folks.
This event will be just what we will continue with, if another Clinton is elected..
She most defiantly is not qualified to be President...

My State’s position on martial law:
Article 17: That no person in this state can in any case be subjected to law martial, or to any penalties or pains by virtue of that law except those employed in the army, and the militia in actual service.
I wouldn’t want to be on the side attempting to impose it.

There are 400 million guns in this country. It would be rather interesting to see how they propose to take them away without causing violence on a scale not seen since the Mongols sacked entire cities and created mountains of skulls to intimidate anyone else who wished to resist.
Notice how they want someone else to do the dirty work.
