Authorities are responding to a report of 20 victims in a shooting in San Bernardino on Wednesday.
The incident was reported in the 1300 block of S. Waterman Avenue (map), according to the San Bernardino Fire Department.

It would be unusual for the mass killing shooter to be black American. Not sure why but it's so far been a very rare occurrence. Correct me if I'm wrong but the last mass shooter I can remember that was black was the DC Sniper and even he was a muslem and perhaps even from the Caribbean.
This area it should be drug related.

Depends on your definition of “mass shooting”. If you include gang killings with multiple people then yes blacks do it to.
