St. Augustine High teacher charged with unlawful sexual activity with a minor. - A St. Johns County teacher who was arrested late Wednesday afternoon after being accused of having sex with a student is married and is expecting her first child, according to her old classmates and friends.
The St. Johns County Sheriffs Office said Virginia Houston Hinckley, who lives in Jacksonville, turned herself in Wednesday at the Nassau County Sheriffs Office, after learning a warrant for her arrest was issued.
The 26-year old St. Augustine High School teacher is charged with having unlawful sexual activity with a minor which is a second-degree felony.

Too bad that baby is going to most likely wind up psychologically scarred. For me that renders the whole “Guilty/Not Guilty” thing moot in this case.
In Florida a person 23 years of age or younger is allowed to engage in legal sexual activity with a minor aged 16 or 17. So she’s late by just a few years.

When I was in high school every teacher was over 50 and some had blue hair. Why do we keep putting these under 35 hotties (some not so hot) in a school full of testosterone driven goobers? Common sense loses to PC.
If I were the husband I would test that baby to see who the father is.

Those things never seemed to make the news with regard to the women that were my teachers. Of course, they all looked like they'd stepped right out of Gary Larson's "Far Side" cartoons.
