Actually, for some inexplicable reason, Trump has his biggest lead in Massachusetts. Something like a 34% lead over his nearest opponent.
My fav. college roommate lives in Mass. and I was gobsmacked when I was told that, when last we talked. It's AMAZING !
I can understand why he is way ahead in Mass. I am looking at my close relatives and their 5 voting members. All CA residents for 25 years and have been voting democrat for 25 years. This year they are abandoning Hillary (whom they adore) and all will vote for Trump. That convinces me Trump has crossover appeal. In MA, most voters are democrats and they are not going to break for any republican except perhaps Trump. That could explain why Trump has huge lead over other republicans. But in general, Hillary could carry the state by comfortable margin.
