If you're a Lefty you can always find some activist judge to side with you.
But where do all these activist judges come from? Gosh, who's appointing them? I'm sure this has nothing to do with those ''conservatives'' who, four and eight years ago said they would stay home since ''their guy'' did not get the nomination. I'm sure such an thing won't happen again. Surely conservatives know the importance of judicial nominations. Surely.
