Exactly. And he always thinks he has a good excuse for these votes. Sorry, but if you really don’t want something, you don’t vote for something that is needed for that thing to pass.
If there was something in TPA he had to have, he should have demanded it be separated out, then vote for it. Otherwise vote no. Don’t bring TPP that much closer to passing.
