The declaration was a boost to climate negotiators seeking a tough accord and a challenge to Republican senators, many of whom don't believe that global warming is real.

Obie doesn't give a crap about the Congress - he already had legal precendence for that, thanks to the GOP elite running the Congress.

Republican senators, many of whom don't believe that global warming is real.

Don't love how the AssPress leaves out the word "Man-Made" in that last quoted sentence!!! Changes the whole meaning of the "news" (propaganda) being forwarded from dear reader.

He plans to give away as much of the United States and its assets as he possibly can.

If Mrs. Clinton becomes President, she will nominate Obama to the SC, where he will push to add climate change initiatives to the US Constitution.

If you want a binding treaty then comply with the Constitution and submit it to the Senate for confirmation.

We are not yet a third world dictatorship.

Hey Barky, your Oath of Office was supposed to be legally binding and We The People can clearly see how seriously you took that?

How about just keeling over and dropping dead from natural causes, would that be too much to ask of you at this point?

Ya treasonous sack o' lyin' sh*t.

And this coming from a dip wad who refuses to be legally bound by anything

Does he propose criminal court proceedings? Civil suits? World court jurisdiction? Who prosecutes us if we break the “ law” and emit too much carbon? Burundi?

When a former attorney Marxist dictator tells you to sign a legal document he designed with the help of other Marxists there’s some hidden detail they want to get passed and the screws are about to be tightened. Count on it. The guy is a conman through and through...

Hint: An international deal that is legally binding is called a treaty. If Obama wants a climate treaty, he should negotiate a climate treaty and then send it to the Senate to see if two thirds of the Senators present will concur.

In other words, no. No legally binding treaty to eliminate a so-called pollutant that we all exhale with each breath we take.

Obama preaching to others about legality is like Moochie Obama preaching to us about healthy diets while she is snorking down Kobe steaks, buttered lobster and maga-cheesburgers with the giganto-size french fries.

If the Obamas’ evil dark ways weren’t so damaging to America, in their own they would be almost as entertaining as the Clintons were back in their Blue Dress Period.

But what the Clintons did (and do) out of simple personal greed and lust for flesh and power the Obamas do out of hate, spite and ordinary meanness.

Obama says parts of climate deal must be legally binding

He would. He has no clue that he's out of his mumbling depth, and I hope the adults in Europe have caught on enough to simply ignore him. Saying "it's the right thing to do" is meaningless when your level of ignorance is that low.

As with his "widows and orphans "debacle," he has no clue what he's talking about.

Whatever climate change is being conjured up today is peanuts compared to the deaths and famines of "climate change" of the last 1000 years.

All of it recorded. As in written accounts, for the benefit of the progressive voter base....*

Trump will simply DISAVOW any agreements made by Obama. Cruz might...but he also respects this country’s ‘obligations’.

That’s why I support Trump over Cruz.

Both the climate deal and the Iran deal should be resubmitted by the next president as treaties so the Senate can reject them.

I, for one, have no problem with making it legally binding...on Obama.

Treaties, pursuant to the Constitution, or some such. I’m sure ‘The Nutty Professor’ remembers SOMETHING in that RE:

For me, I am still willing to fight over the EPA emission standards on vehicles. The cars being built are marvels of engineering, especially given the restrictions on weight, mileage and emissions. I would like to see what would be built without all the artificial crap from the regulators. About this climate change thingy, it is worth fighting and dying for if you asked my honest opinion. If we ever lose to the carbon thieves, the world will fall under the darkness of oppression like we cannot conceive of in our spoiled lives. The tyrants attempting to rob people in perpetuity, will consign us as Americans to the same fate as the lowly Mexican refugee, membership in a permanent underclass.
