The possessive of “Cruz” is not “Cruz’.”

It’s “Cruz’s.”

BTW: The plural of “Bush” is not “Bush’s.” The plural of “Clinton” is not “Clinton’s.”

Not according to the Blue Book of Grammar and Punctuation:

Rule: To show plural possession of a name ending in s, ch, or z, form the plural first; then immediately use the apostrophe.

Examples: the Williamses' car the Birche' house the Sanchezes' children
