After she joined Donald Trump's real estate business, Louise Sunshine struggled to maintain a steady weight while managing her new career alongside the busy schedules of three young children.
Trump must have noticed, SunÂshine said. She recalled that he kept an unflattering photograph of her in a drawer - a "fat picture," as she called it - that he would pull out when she did something he didn't like.
It was "a reminder that I wasn't perfect," said Sunshine, who worked with Trump for 15 years starting in the mid-1970s when he set about remaking Manhattan's skyline. "He just is that way."
Sunshine said she bears no grudges and instead considers Trump a valued mentor. A political fundraiser with no prior real estate expertise, Sunshine ascended to executive vice president of the Trump Organization, joining a cadre of female executives who have played central roles in Trump's empire.
Trump called Sunshine's account of the photograph "totally false and ridiculous," but her feelings illustrate a paradox about the Republican front-runner.

But many women who have worked closely with Trump say he was a corporate executive ahead of his time in providing career advancement for women. While some say he could be boorish, his companies nurtured and proÂmoted women in an otherwise male-dominated industry. Several women said they appreciated how Trump granted them entry to a new playing field.

Tough Love works for a lot of people.
The “Fat Picture” wasn’t nice, but it was effective, and she must have accepted his terms.

I always wondered about the woman who work for him. If he were a crappy boss, he would have a bunch of sexual harassment claims against him and to my knowledge he doesn’t have one....the media would find it if they existed. As far as his wives go, he works too much. I am sure they had enough of being alone most of the time he was at the office. if Trump was so bad, Ivana would NOT have invited him to her wedding which he did happily go to. The media is reaching for anything that would stick and so far not a thing has. I think eventually they will be very frustrated and start really making things up.

That makes more sense rather then a guy not running. I think we forget around here. And besides Hillary loves woman probably more then Trump does.

Trump is definitely not a sensitive new age guy, but he strikes me as someone who would treat any woman employee with respect, so long as she does her job well and stands her ground with him.
Personally, I prefer a man like that to some mamby-pamby beta male.

Trump loves him some women. He’s had three times as many as any other Republican candidate. Dude turns ‘em in when he needs a new trophy one, too. He’s very traditional when it comes to marriage and so faithful.

Have you ever considered that maybe those women turned Trump in for other models as well, or wanted different lifestyles than what he could offer?
Relationships go both ways.
