Well I certainly hope so? It would be rather upsetting if war weapons and tactics didn't kill and wound the enemy! Sheeesh!

I am completely unimpressed with the words “civilian casualties” and even “children”. Terrorists are usually not active duty military, so they count as civilians. Many terrorists are age 15-17 and in it for the chance to be thugs. I’m okay with Russia killing every terrorist in Syria, no matter how it is reported.
