Since Obama can't handle ISIS, what say we outsource the job to the mafia?

A significant majority of the country recently spoke up in a NY Times/CBS poll saying that they had essentially given up hope that the President was going to figure out what to do about the JV Team. These perceptions were likely buttressed a bit when the White House informed us that ISIS was largely “contained” just hours before they lit up Paris like a pinball machine. So maybe we need a new approach? Anonymous apparently declared war on the terrorists recently, though aside from ruining their credit rating I’m not sure exactly what they’re going to accomplish. But lo and behold, a new force is stepping up to the plate and may be positioned to do something a little more… forceful. It arrives in the person of Giovanni Gambino (yes, from those Gambinos) and if nothing else he seems to have the messaging right. (Apologies for NSFW language in graphic and several quotes to come.)

Boy, that's a great idea.

(1) A bunch of fat slobs who spend most of their time extorting business owners and smuggling stuff using bribery and threats of arson should do great. They spend their time intimidating people who want to live and conduct business. That "skill set" translates really well to people who only want to destroy and who don't care about dying.

(2) It would also be great in rei forcing the rule of law and projecting strength to the world. It's not as if collaborating with organized crime is a classic mark of a failed state or anything.

(3) The mob are really men of principle, who would never kill their closest friends and family members to make a buck or anything. There's no way ISIS could ever bribe them into cooperation.

I can't believe anyone could be so stupid as to imagine this could ever be a good idea.

Everything I've seen on TV tells me the Russian mob is a lot tougher.

But then, they're already involved:

Just have to figure out which side they're on.

Yeah, but the moderator would have most likely excerpted the article a lot more than what I did.

Maybe the mob could take out Soros...although I’d love to see what Trump would make of him.

People miss the point - Obama does not want to destroy ISIS. They are tacitly supported by Saudi Arabia and Turkey for other strategic goals. Obama agrees with this.

Just tell Bubba and his cousins that Muslims’ feet stink and they don’t love Jesus, there is no bag limit, night hunting is allowed, ammo is furnished free along with night vision equipment and the guy who bags the most gets a new four wheel drive F-150 or Silverado, whichever he chooses, decked out to the limit. Problem solved.

Husseion is handling ISIS just the way he wants ISIS to be handled. He does not want any harm to come to innocent civilians from American actions or any harm to ISIS jihadists, either. He is, after all, allied with the Jihadists. He does need help with the situation now because the Russians have injected themselves and bid fair to complicate this Islamization agenda.

I agree idiotic to use the Mafia.....the only use for this group is to squeeze them for info when we arrest them. There would be a reason for them knowing a terrorist and that is they provided some service to them or used the same document forger. or some other service that was being used by the terrorist.

You have to assume Obama wants to destroy ISIS. I don’t think Obama cares one bit about ISIS other than they risk his great legacy and distract him from fund raising and hobnobbing with celebrities.
