Well duh no one saw this coming. If you assault enough white people you are eventually going to find one with a gun who knows how to shoot.

Unless you actually believed that white supremacists went to a BLM protest to shoot blacks. Which is what BLM wants you to believe. And what the MSM promotes.

You see, BLM can assault anyone they want.
White guys showed up to video the protest and the yutes objected. Never attack a guy with a gun.
That’s what I was wondering. A white BLM protestor doesn’t seem like the type that’d defend himself from the race that has the God-given right to beat on any white boy.
The case being made is that they went to livestream the protest. The protesters didn’t like having Whites show up at their protest and initiated a confrontation that put the whites in fear for their lives.
If there’s a stand your ground law there, or if the whites were in a situation where they couldn’t retreat, they have a good claim for self defense.

Some of the communist states have outlawed it in the interest of occupational saftey for the criminals.

I think “joined” was the word the police officer used in writing his report. The white guys went there not to “join” the demonstrators but to live-stream it. Livestreaming is a big thing among millennials now.
The white shooter is clearly guilty of the “crime” of self-defense against blacks attacking him (the same crime that George Zimmerman and the Ferguson police officer were guilty of). Apparently, if you are white and attacked by a black you are supposed to meekly allow yourself to be murdered or maimed. Some of us don’t agree with this new convention.
I think they are “duty to retreat”.
So they men will probably have to argue that retreat wasn’t feasible.

With five shot it should be easy to show whether they were retreating or not. If they were not retreating it should be easy to prove the shooter was not able to retreat but was acting in self defense.
I suspected as much as soon as this story disappeared from the headlines.
They took into custody all of Scarcella’s possessions; a long list of property unrelated to the shooting and “all other items from Scarcella’s bedroom”.
1. The larger the hostile crowd, the lower the potential for retreat.
2. If the shooter perceived that even one of his companions was not going to be able to retreat safely he was justified.
I suspect that if it goes to trial, jury composition will be critical.

Even if it was a good shoot, going there was pretty stupid.
No-one, should voluntarily show up where there is a good potential for a race riot.
