While I doubt this is the case, imagine if this was some sort of terrorist plan for somewhere in that area. I suspect they would be hiding the truth for as long as they could if that were the case.

Until I see something more conclusive, this looks like some nutjob attacking a PP.

I agree. So many conflicting reports and witness statements. Changing narratives as well. Hope to get the truth at some point.
