“I hate the term âShelter in placeâ. When did that become a phrase anyway?”
It comes from planning collective protection for chem or bio attacks. It’s been around for a while. There is a pretty funny training video about shelter in place, in a setting where a family is living on base when a storage site leaks.
I hate the term Shelter in place.>>>>>>>>>>>
So do I , it means ‘wait there until we save you.’
And these days,on balance, the chances of that are pretty slim.9 Th8ink what would have happened if the explosives were touched off, we would be sheltering in place in small pieces or roasting, better to risk friendly fire.)
I would have been looking to kill the ba$tard shooting at us.....including running the plick over with my truck.( The time has come to use that conceal carry permit....every day.)
But I admire the perps. sentiment against killing and harvesting babies. He just went about the whole thing wrong.
