Fox News’ veteran anchor Brit Hume has been no fan of the Donald, and tonight he tweeted out a little jab at his followers too:

Thanks. I get Trump, and I am not a New Yorker. And as far as Kovalewski goes, he lost all validity of complaint for me when I found out about the hit piece on the Palins, an him using his handicap to get folks to talk to him.

Cruz will not have a chance if he is ever in a position to win anything. It will be brutal.
And one of the things they will focus on is his looks. But when they do the easily done “he looks and sounds weird” thing to Cruz, there will be zero push back from anyone but powerless, sputtering Cruz supporters.
Many conservatives seem to forget we are fighting against leftist hegemony of our culture. Until several months ago, I thought no one person could challenge the hegemony. All was lost until the doubtful day when our culture was won back.
And then along came Trump.
I respect other people’s pov (mostly).
But this fact alone seems so clear to me, I am at a loss to understand why other conservatives do not see it as clearly.
And I realize there is no point in arguing over it. Folks have their own deeply held views and need to see it for themselves.
This is the jackass that hounded Sarah Palin’s family in Wasilla? He deserves more than a mocking. He deserves an ass-kicking.

Bring it. Cruz welcomes the fight. He can handle the attacks with coolness and effectiveness. You won't see any temper fits or yelling grudge matches on Twitter from him.

He’s kicking the media’s and GOPe’s collective a*s, taking names and controlling the narrative. He’s telling like it is and being the wrecking ball we need right now. He’s definitely not for the light hearted, but that’s not what we need. Maybe after four years of a Trump admin, we can start to consider the alternative, but until then, Damn, the Torpedoes, full speed ahead.
