Researchers from the Tulane Prevention Research Center found that 60 percent of New Orleans students surveyed utilized salad bars in 12 public schools. But white and other minority students were twice as likely to use salad bars as African-American students.

They will probably place mandatory limits on how much salad a non-black is allowed.

I think you're on to something. Salad bars are racist, omitting foods that are culturally acceptable to all minorities. Perhaps banning the foods that pander to the white elitist class will make salad bars more fair.
Chicken nuggets might make sense there, come to think of it. We already have other meat items on common salad bars.

There is actually a valid point here. But it's up to blacks to speak up and say "here are some healthy choices that could be offered".

I’ve noticed some people leave messes for others to clean up.
I heard that there was a huge mess to clean up on the national mall, after Obama’s inauguration. Huge crowds came to see his swearing in, and they left behind lots of evidence they had been there.
On the other hand, big rallies held in Washington by Glenn Beck, and another by comedian Jon Stewart, left behind far less garbage than was left behind by Obama’s fans.
What we need is a food equality Czar
Lettuce is a symbol of white privilege.

I don’t know what the solution is, but the whites are definitely to blame.
