I'm sure the GOPe will still do its utmost to fix the nomination. If so, they are going to have to do it through voter fraud. No way would anyone with a brain cell vote for Yeb or whoever the GOP hierarchy tries to force down our throats.

The GOPe has already determined the nomination. That is why Bush is still in the “running.” If he drops out then it would be entirely too over the top to go ahead and nominate him. They could, if they insisted, though. If he becomes entirely too embarrassing to the GOPe then perhaps they will replace him with Rubio of Kasich if the Bush family agrees to the substitution.
