Yes we want reasoned standards, but these NGO idiots change their mind more often than a 13 year old, and they hold hospitals and other agencies over a cliff, demanding they meet the new rules, which were the old rules before they changed them before the last inspection.
It’s little more than a big government run-around to increase revenue.
I had one guy come around and follow me for a full day during one inspection. (This was different, but it tells you what can go on.) He had no experience in my field at all, but he was the guy that was going to evaluate me.
I wound up teaching him all day, and who knows if I got good marks or not.
