My favorite QB from the past, Ken Stabler, would never make it today.
Kenny never missed a night at the bars and never met a curfew he wouldn’t sneak out of.

Those were different times and the athletes weren’t paid nearly as much as now.

Manziel should have hit rehab between college and training camp.
He’s going to lose a lot of money because of a drinking problem.
I wish him the best of luck putting the bottle down.

The Snake was always my favorite QB. He worked hard, and he played hard. Manziel's a kid for whom everything came easy. He should've spent the bye week in the film room.

I can only imagine the stats that Snake and Namath would have racked up in today's NFL.

Manziel’s grandfather made an oil deal worth $100 million. Johnny doesn’t need the NFL to be “rich”.
