President Vladimir Putin has accused Turkey of funding ISIS, and using its military to protect the terrorist organisation, after a Russian fighter jet was shot down near the Syrian border on Tuesday morning. The two-pilot Sukhoi Su-24 jet was shot down by F-16 fighter planes just after 9am this morning, after it violated Turkish airspace and ignored nearly a dozen warnings by the military, Ankara officials said.

Israel, and possibly the US, would knock those batteries out almost immediately - regardless of losses.
Sorry resident Putinista’s, but no, Russia can’t set up a no-fly zone of Syria.
October 29, 2015 The USS Ronald Reagan scrambled its fighter jets earlier this week after two Russian naval reconnaissance aircraft flew within one nautical mile of the U.S. aircraft carrier as it sailed in international waters east of the Korean Peninsula, according to 7th Fleet officials.
In the latest in a series of incidents involving Russian aircraft, two Tupolev Tu-142 Bear aircraft flew as low as 500 feet Tuesday morning near the Reagan, which has been conducting scheduled maneuvers with South Korean navy ships. Four F/A-18 Super Hornets took off from the Reaganâs flight deck in response to the Russian advance, 7th Fleet spokeswoman Lt. Lauren Cole said Thursday.
Shooting down a Russian jet ,a little something Obamaâs people and Turkeyâs President cooked up at the G20 meeting to try to stop Putin bombing their friends
That is exactly what happened but few people really understand it.
***Russia has been warned over and over and over again to stop overflying Turkish territory***
Turkey also considers its airspace to overborder Syria by 5 miles. This is not so cut and dried as it seems.
Seems Turkey and Obama are working for the Jihadist.
“How reassuring would it be to have ISIS in charge of the Middle East, with a wink and a nod from those Muzzie-scum supporters aka Erdogan and Obama?”
As opposed to Iran and Syria in charge of the middle east, with Iran sponsoring regional terrorist groups to try to destabilize Arab governments while simultaneously developing nuclear weapons from Russian supplied reactors? Cause that’s real life.
Seems like Putin is working for the Ayatollahs.
You make a very astute observation that the media has not made, and they are not capable of making anymore because, well, it is the stoopid media.
For anyone that thinks that Russia is in anyway a danger to the world, needs only to look at their GDP compared to other countries GDP. Russia is small potatoes. They are incapable of economically managing any type of war any more.
So don't get too hung up on Russias worldwide influence. It doesn't exist due to their economy.
Unless, as you point out, someone else bankrolls them. Maybe this is where our $150B is going. Through Iran to Russia.
So you support Obama’s position here. OK.
No one believes Turkey somehow thought Russia was going to attack Turkey. No one. But everyone knows the Russians are killing terrorist and jihadist in Syria?
Our sovereign borders get violated 10,000 times per day, but Obama is suddenly concerned about Russians violating Turkey’s borders?
You think anyone buys this s**t?
we are 20 trillion in debt, so what’s your point?
I hope Putin bombs a Turkish city for this!
Nice to see a leader with some, um.... fortitude.
There are number of maps similar to the following.

I don’t see why it is so difficult for your mind to comprehend this. Russian warplanes have been overflying Turkey repeatedly now for weeks. Turkey has already complained about this multiple times. Formal protests have been filed, with NATO’s support against Russia for constantly violating Turkish airspace.
Russia is not just “killing terrorist and jihadist” in Syria. They are doing everything they can to keep Assad in power. THAT is their objective. This means they are bombing the rebel allies of other nations rather than primarily focusing on Daesh (ISIL). So Russia is flying bombing raids against Turkey’s rebel allies (who are not Daesh) and overflying Turkish airspace to do it. OF COURSE Turkey is going to shoot those Russian planes down after repeated warnings. We would do the same if it came down to it.
Oh and Russia can and will do nothing. They can complain, they can file protests, but they don’t have the military strength to do a thing against Turkey. And the silly ideas floating around that Russia has the power to enforce a no fly zone over Syria is nonsense. The US could do that, but not Russia.
Playing world-cop for 28 nations of Europe is an expensive proposition. 28 individual trip-wires in Europe is also a dangerous proposition. Let Europe defend itself. Under the present situation, we are both subsidizing and allowing the creeping Islamization, and socialism of Europe. This destructive trend is what NATO and the EU regime is supporting and pursuing right now. This is the new threat. The Soviet Union and its ideology is dead. Time to move your understanding into the future.
You're worried about the Russian economy when there are 95,000,0000 Americans out of work, while choking under 19 trillion in debt, with upwards of 30 million in the country illegally? Really?
This is like you believing Obama/U.S., are genuinely concerned about Russia violating Turkey's borders as our own sovereign borders get violated 10,000 times per day.
Instead of evading the questions, answer them.
