Wearing full military gear and wielding high-powered rifles, Delaware state police broke into a home Friday, shooting and killing a dog who was running from them in fear.
The entry was captured on Mark Reedyâs security camera, who says police were looking for guns, but the shooting takes place off-frame.
The video shows the dog running up to the door as they are trying to break in, yelling âstate police ⦠search warrant.â
The dog is barking and itâs tail is wagging but as soon as it sees a giant shield enter the home with a gun pointing from behind it, the dog runs away.
Then at least ten cops enter the home, pointing weapons and yelling about a search warrant.

I don't live in DE; I live next door in South Jersey. Around here, DE is known as "redneck" country... very much like South NJ.
But, this way they can play ninja special forces SEAL commando. On the taxpayers. Sweet gig.

And nobody shoots back
When have militarized jack-booted cops NOT shot the family dog. It’s the first thing they do, every time!
"...cops have been set up on enough occasions, sometimes killed, that they don't trust anyone..."
We are talking about downtown suburbia, in the middle of a sunny day, with a person on the phone with dispatch giving a description of MY OWN CLOTHES and where we were all standing, near two cars who just had a fender-bender.
Police need to get a grip on this fantasy their lives are continually in danger. My life really *was* put in danger by a cop so pumped-up on anabolic steroids that he likely has a veterinarian as his primary care physician.
I’m beginning to doubt the collective IQ of today’s police.
They don’t seem to realize that there are web-enabled cameras almost EVERYWHERE today, and whatever they do is being watched and will turn up on YouTube eventually.
Did you notice the Armored Personel Carrier they arrived in sitting in the driveway (0:40 mark)?
Geez!
Wasn’t it the wrong address when they threw the flash grenade in the baby’s crib?
They were afraid that he would flush his guns down the toilet.
Correct address. Family of baby was visiting from out of town.
I can’t bear to see any more of these videos. It’s so heart breaking. Seen 1,000 and you have seen them all. : (
When is it going to stop?
Did the cops have a no-knock warrant?
Is homeowner a prior convicted felon thereby prevented from owning firearms, having them in his house?
From the video, from what he describes on his video, it seems like homeowner had multiple interactions with cops before.
RE; “high-powered rifles.” Perhaps next time they should bring low-powered rifles.
Not making statements here, just asking questions. From my experiences, most cop-haters are people with serious prior law problems.
Does anyone have the homeowners name so we could do a little Googling to see if he the choir boy he would have us believe he is?
When “We”the people decide to do so.
Or, if you had hesitated, you would have had more holds in you than a slab of Swiss cheese. You respect their authority or they will rapidly fill you full of lead.
Have their places been searched?
And John Koskinen. He's a felon, too. His place been searched?
If they don’t SHOW a warrant they don’t HAVE a warrant as far as I’m concerned.
