I’m 64 and my Dad was a World War II vet born in 1918. We weren’t wimpy kids.
Sorry I forgot the baby boomers. They elected Reagan in the 80s,which led to the fall of the USSR and an economic boom.
They also fought the vietnam war.
I guess the Korean vets, and there are several in the family, are the younger brothers of the WWII men. That’s the experience in my family.
We’re slipping each generation, I fear.
