Idaho Congressman on Syrian Refugees

LETTER FROM RAUL LABRADOR, ID-R, ON SYRIAN REFUGEES

I got the following correspondance today from m,y Congressman in Idaho, Conressman Raul Labrador today, November 20, 2015.

Three weeks before the attacks in Paris FBI Director James Comey testified before the House Judiciary Committee. During the hearing, I asked him if he could assure my constituents that Syrian terrorists

could not enter the United States posing as refugees and kill Americans.

His answer was chilling. Citing a lack of on-the-ground intelligence, including biometric and forensic data, Comey said information on Syrians is “dramatically” less robust than for Iraqi applicants.

According to Comey, “the challenge we face with Syria is we don’t have that rich a set of data."

I then asked how American law enforcement and intelligence agencies can adapt to adequately vet applicants from chaotic places like Syria. “Well, that’s a hard one,” Comey acknowledged. “The underlying

problem is how do you generate intelligence in failed states and that’s one I don’t have a good answer for.”

In the shadow of the horror in Paris, Attorney General Loretta Lynch appeared before the Judiciary Committee Tuesday. I reminded her of Director Comey’s testimony, which she reiterated, saying of Syria, “It

certainly does present challenges.”

In short, the Administration's top law enforcement officials tell us that we do not have sufficient intelligence and data to properly vet the Syrian refugees. And until we do, I support quick action to

protect our national security.

That's why on Thursday I voted for bipartisan American Safe Act, which passed the House 289-137. The bill requires the FBI Director, the Secretary of Homeland Security and the Director of National

Intelligence to certify that refugees entering from failed states do not pose threats to our national security.

President Obama has resisted calls to toughen security. Despite the wake-up call from France, he insists on increasing the annual number of refugees to 85,000, including 10,000 from Syria, without adequate

background checks.

The risks presented by ISIS-trained terrorists aren’t hypothetical. Authorities believe that at least one of the Paris terrorists entered Europe as a Syrian refugee. Three days after Paris, ISIS vowed to

strike Washington, D.C., as part of a terrorist “storm.” ISIS carried out a double suicide bombing in Beirut and claimed responsibility for downing a Russian passenger jet in Egypt.

Idahoans are big-hearted people who welcome newcomers eager to contribute to our communities. But we can’t let terrorists take advantage of our compassion.

We need real reform in the screening process, including better oversight of security procedures prior to admission, congressional authority over annual admission caps and additional background checks for

those coming from dangerous countries like Syria. We also need to reform the Visa Waiver program that allows nationals of certain nations to enter the U.S. without much scrutiny.

In coming weeks, I will be working closely with House Judiciary Chairman Bob Goodlatte and other lawmakers as we focus on long-term legislative fixes to strengthen the refugee program and ensure the safety

and security of all Americans.

In response, BArack Obama, the president of the United States, who despite what happened in Paris, despite his failrue to contain ISIS-which he promised almost two years ago to do, despite the Russian

airliner downed by ISIS, despite the attacks in Beruit, Turkey, and today in Mali, continues to demand that the United States take in tens of thousands of refugees from these same areas.

He is so incensed that the elected representatives of the people in Congress and now 28 governors are demanding a halt to his program that he has lashed out at them claiming that they are, "afraid of 3-year

old orphans and widows.

Let me just remind the President that Idaho is one of the states in the union that has convicted a refugee of attempted terror.

Fazliddin Kurbanov (seen above), is refugee from Uzbekistan who came to Idaho in 2009.

A federal jury in Idaho convicted him of three terrorism-related charges after prosecutors said he worked to support a terrorist organization and gathered explosive materials in his Boise apartment. He was

arrested by federal officers who found out he was planning to carry out an attack on U.S. soil. He also tried to provide computer support and money to the Islamic Movement of Uzbekistan, which the U.S.

government has identified as a terrorist organization.

A jury found the 33-year-old man guilty on three counts that included conspiracy and attempting to support a terrorist organization. Kurbanov faces up to 10 years in prison for the explosive device charge

and up to 15 years for the other two charges. He still faces a charge in Utah of distributing information relating to explosives, destructive devices and weapons of mass destruction. Prosecutors in Utah say

he was teaching others how to build bombs so they could target public transportation systems or other facilities.

So, refugees do come here, get through whatever vetting process, and then plan to carry out deadly attacks on America. Kurbanov's case proves it, but President Obama is ignoring it.

FOlks, this is a critical time in the fight against Islamic terror and radicals.

Almost every picture of large numbers of these refugees coming into Europe looks like the one belw:

Thgis isssue has nothing to do with the UNited States helping refugees and accptuing those seeking Asylum, We have provided more help to the world's people in that arena than any other nation on earth...and

I expect we will continue to do so in the future.

What it has to do woithis protecting the United states and her people against ruthless animals who have proven willing to infitrat refugees so they can insdistrimnately kill our coitizens.

God grant that we will have the will, the fortitude, and the wisdom to ptoect our nation, its constitution, our way of life, and the liberty that we all enjoy here.

We must protect thoise things in order to be in a positon to help those in need.

May we do so now.

Good Grief!! Did you see that line of muslim men. It never ends!!

And I rechecked the numbers yesterday, and FIFTY THOUSANDS european have gone to fight for ISIS

which makes me think they’ve been lying about the several thousand number for a while.

several thousand is the number they think came back home!!

Wow is Europe in for a fight.

And the number of children being born to muslims is going to far outpace the number of children born to Christians.

How do you fix that one?

My response to Mr Labrador:

With all due respect - keep them out. Keep them all out of Idaho. Keep them all out of America. Islam is antithetical to American values. It is antithetical to the core values of Western civilization. Islam is a serial murderer of entire peoples and cultures. For its psychopathological misogyny alone, it is a sadistic, anti-human abomination worthy only of extinction.

Regards, Ward Dorrity

Watch the Frontline ISIS in Afghanistan. HERE:

FRONTLINE: ISIS in Afghanistan

They are growing.

Watch carefully how they immediately start teaching all kids from 3 years-old and up. Watch those new schools in Afghanistan, and then see what they turn into when they show the schools in Syria that have been going a couple of years now.

Very scary...very serious stuff.

We are going to end up having to mount a World War II style effort to put this down.

Completely bombing and laying waste to all of their cities and towns. Humbling them completely until the beg us to stop and then surrender unconditionally/.

Then we will have to spend 20-30 year sin those places rebuilding nations based on republican style government just like we did Japan and Germany.

That's what it is going to take and the sooner we start, the better it will be and less costly in lifes and treasure.

Thanks for the ping Jeff.

I can’t for the life of me figure out why Governor Herbert hasn’t put his foot down. He has said he’s having DPS investigate the vetting process. Lovely.

Sometimes, I just have to shake my head.

I don't believe for a second that any of these governors, congressmen, or senators are acting out of any sense of responsibility to their constituents. Facilitating the entry into the USA of any foreign enemy, especially these ISIS insects, is an act of treason. These creatures are swearing death to all civilized humans daily. These politicians know, or should know, that if they do not very publicly oppose this invasion, eventually they will be held accountable for American deaths that are certain to occur from allowing these sub-human savages entry into this nation.

Article II
Section. 4.
The President, Vice President and all civil Officers of the United States, shall be removed from Office on Impeachment for, and Conviction of, Treason, Bribery, or other high Crimes and Misdemeanors.

Article III
Section. 3.
Clause 1: Treason against the United States, shall consist only in levying War against them, or in adhering to their Enemies, giving them Aid and Comfort. No Person shall be convicted of Treason unless on the Testimony of two Witnesses to the same overt Act, or on Confession in open Court.

Clause 2: The Congress shall have Power to declare the Punishment of Treason, but no Attainder of Treason shall work Corruption of Blood, or Forfeiture except during the Life of the Person attainted.

The man testified 3 weeks PRIOR to the attacks and told our reps that they could not assure our safety.

Why did they wait until AFTER the attacks in France before finally starting to do something?

I will tell you. Because they do not care. They hold these hearing half awake playing on their IPhone. When finished, they return to their offices and erase their answering machines and go home. Job done.

They do not represent the people they represent the dollar from big corporate donors.

Elections will not fix shiite
