I don't think the court is into...."Sure...you're breaking the law....you've said it yourself"...and two courts have told you so.
They won't hear it.
Supposedly if one Justice jumps up and down and hollers and threatens to hold their breath until they turn blue they’ll take the case.
I expect the Wise Latina will do this. Doubt it will win a majority though.
