The rules of engagement leave more civilians for isis to torture and kill, and more isis to torture and kill until is is can migrate to Europe and the USA. While Obama supports BLM (black lives matter), his real love is MLM (Muslim Lives Matter). CLM (Christian Lives Matter), not so much.
Actually Hiroshima and Nagasaki were pretty dang brutal, and they brought an enemy that was religiously fundamentalist and even willing to use suicide bombings against our own forces into surrender, with the message that we had the power to annihilate them at little to no loss on our side in doing so. We don’t need to nuke neccessarily either, a MOAB could do some damage if aimed accurately.
