Desire for restrictions on refugees has caused blow back on the left___ President Barack Obama’s Syrian refugee program is driving a wedge through the Democratic Party, pitting liberal stalwarts against nervous Senate candidates and some senior lawmakers.
With the White House scrambling to defend its resettlement program and Republicans pressing to “pause†or even eliminate it, liberals were alarmed earlier this week when third-ranking Sen. Chuck Schumer of New York expressed openness to a time-out on resettling Syrian refugees. Meanwhile, Democrats battling in competitive races from Ohio to New Hampshire to Nevada are voicing concerns with the vetting process for refugees fleeing Syria, a nation millions have left since a civil war began four years ago.
Though there is little evidence yet that the perpetrators of last week’s deadly attacks in Paris were from Syria, Congress has seized on the refugee resettlement program and the Obama administration’s plans to admit as many as 10,000 Syrians through the program this year amid deepening public worries that terrorists from the Islamic State will exploit the initiative.
And some Democrats think the party needs to mount a tougher defense of the resettlement program and the rigorous process that refugees already go through to be admitted into the United States.

Two federal agents operating under the umbrella of U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) are claiming that eight Syrian illegal aliens attempted to enter Texas from Mexico in the Laredo Sector. The federal agents spoke with Breitbart Texas on the condition of anonymity, however, a local president of the National Border Patrol Council (NBPC) confirmed that Laredo Border Patrol agents have been officially contacting the organization with concerns over reports from other federal agents about Syrians illegally entering the country in the Laredo Sector. The reports have caused a stir among the sector’s Border Patrol agents.

KAKE News out of Wichita pulled their comment sections because they had been running libtard puff peices interviewing Syrians who are here and encouraging Americans to take more refugees on.
They were running several peices on Syria including Brownback signing an EO so that no Kansas agencies can be used to settle in new Syrian refugees. Needless to say, the liberal commentors were getting slammed on all of them so KAKE News decided to take all the comment sections down on their site.
I guess if they can’t shape the news to fit their agenda, silence those that oppose them.

They’ll come around soon enough to screw their country over like a good liberal usually does, and maybe even take a couple dozen McConnellites along with them. They just need a little more time to figure out how to soon their narrative like S many did leading up to Obamacare.
