That's a stupid statement. Over the years she had a ton of guests that are anti-islam. Probably more than any other commentator.True that she has had anti-Islam guests before. But if you watch her expression, and her incredulous question: "Is this radical Islam?" I think it's very clear that apparently this was the moment where the truth actually sunk in.
And, in return for your gratuitous insult, let me suggest that your skill at reading human reactions appears to be sorely lacking.
