Black Lives Matter Protesters Shut Down I-94 In Minneapolis

MINNEAPOLIS (WCCO) — Protesters with Black Lives Matter have shut down Interstate 94 near downtown Minneapolis Monday night.

Hundreds of protesters have the westbound side of the highway closed from 7th St. to Broadway. It’s in response to the officer-involved shooting of Jamar Clark. Protesters hit the highway shortly before 7 p.m.

In my area they quickly find out that the whites they are targeting aren’t even in the area anymore; another FReeper described footage from one such protest on a highway: Hispanics & Asians getting out of their cars berating the blacks for preventing them from getting to their jobs. Here in northern NJ black neighborhoods are encircled by a buffer zone of these “replacement Americans”, who often operate businesses in the black neighborhoods. Michael Brown apparently robbed one such business.

Authorities at the scene ordered protesters to disperse from the highway at about 8 p.m. If they didn't follow orders, they could be arrested.

Arrests began at around 9 p.m. Protesters were taken into police custody one-by-one, but enough remained to keep traffic blocked.

Honestly. Warn at 8pm, then wait an hour before doing anything? Then take a few into custody but leave enough on the road to block traffic? Did someone think this was a drill for how to be ineffective?

I understand; how many people in the building trades work anywhere near the welfare hives? In my area there hasn’t been any construction (or investment) going on there for decades. Newark NJ’s population hasn’t recovered to the level before the riots 50 years ago; no shortage of housing there.

If you ran the history of these BLM protesters I bet you would find a rather long history of numerous cases of thefts, Robbery, assault, disorderly conduct, etc. Run your average Tea Party protester you might find a traffic ticket and maybe a arrest, that they learned from and stopped those harmful actions.
