Isis is NOT a traditional military opponent and NOT a state. As soon as you field an army they will melt into the background. You will NEVER get a straight up fight from them unless it is on their terms. Just because you control some land does not make you a state.

And exactly what is your point?

My point is that Obama does not recognize a terrorist when he sees one.

You are defending someone who is trying to destroy this country?

And what is the difference between ISIS, which are just fundamentalists Muslims, and the Japanese in WWII, which were fundamentalist Nationalists that were almost invisible for years in the islands in the Far East during WWII?

What do you do to this type of opponent? You exterminate them at the source. Westerners have the power to destroy Islam, if they have the will.

Allah which does not exist cannot save them, but a very merciful God of Abraham can, perhaps. He might have other ideas, though.

Have you read the Koran?

Short version: To establish a caliphate, they need to control territory. Ergo, denying them control of territory invalidates their claim to be a budding caliphate per their own doctrines.
