BELLEVUE, Neb. —KETV News received an exclusive tour of the U.S. Strategic Command building at Offutt Air Force Base Stratcom hasn’t given many tours since 9/11.

While officials invited KETV to take the tour, cameras were not allowed for most of it.

While visiting the Global Operations Center, KETV crew members were the first people outside the Department of Defense to see its War Gaming Center.

The center's mission is to detect, deter and prevent attacks against the United States.

Officials provided KETV with some video they shot, but said they won’t be in that building for much longer.

To get through the doors, people have to travel 60 feet underground through winding hallways and security checkpoints because the men and women inside are tasked with watching the entire world.

A four star admiral who is an American of African descent?

Impossible.

That would mean that all this protesting is baloney.

Years ago, I landed a National Guard T-33 at Offutt AFB. I was on my way to Buckley ANG Base in Denver, CO.
I was cleared to land and then told to contact Ground Control when clear of the runway. GC said “hold your position and wait for the “follow-me” to lead you to the ramp.” I saw the follow-me but behind it was a blue truck with four or five men armed with rifles. It was one of those men who approached me and said, “Show me your orders!” I had the DD-175 in my flight suit pocket and dropped them over the canopy rail. (Combat Defense Force)
He said OK, follow the yellow truck. (follow-me)
When I arrived at operations I found out that my flight plan had not been transmitted to the base and I was an “unknown inbound.” Fortunately I was not shot down earlier. The aircraft did have the white star on a blue field with red, white and blue horizontal stripes.

They don't mess around at SAC HQ!
