People who had the info, what channels this could be found, even WHERE the speech was taking place etc., hardly any one of them provided even "searchable" terms.
I mean, just try searching for "Obama speech" and see what comes up.
FOr those who did not already know that he would be making this particular speech AT the G20 summit, they would not know where to begin looking.
And then this speech --- was it a long scheduled press conference, or has this come about more on the fly?
