How many Jihadis are still at Gitmo at this point? Sometime last year, some official noted that pretty much everyone left there was the “worst of the worst”, i.e. the real killers and high-level leadership cadre. Now, just as the Hijra is in full swing, those “worst of the worst” are being filtered back into the ME, where there is so much chaos and uncertainty that there is virtually nothing to stop them from disappearing into the next “refugee” stream.
