And the UK Daily Mail was hailing the fact the victims were unarmed stating that it would have been worse what with people shooting all over the place. The Europeans have this Hollyweird and MSM idea of what defensive protection is using a firearm. It is for my defense, not yours.

It’s like Civil War vet, Sam Watkins, wrote in ‘Company Aytch’...”I shot at those who was shootin’ at me.”

Exactly.

The Europeans have this Hollyweird and MSM idea of what defensive protection is using a firearm.

Even worse, their perceived version is of some "victim" randomly shoulder firing an M60 in all directions until they expend their ammo or everything around them stops moving.

They completely ignore the fact that in most gun-involved incidents, where return fire was exchanged, EXCEPT in cases like gang-style, kill-em-all warfare, the only persons hit...were the original assailant(s) and victim(s)!

So from their point of view it’s better to surrender yourself and die? Is this the mentality that has taken hold since W.W. II just submit willingly and die so as not to offend anyone? How once mighty Europe has fallen.
