It seems every time Obama has said that something about ISIS, ("they are a JV team", "we'll degrade and destroy them", "we have ISIS contained", etc.) it almost seems as if those words being spoken by Obama are code to ISIS to attack. Collusion?

Show the pattern, use that as evidence, and demand he be impeached for high crimes and misdemeanors.
