National Review had a lot to do with my becoming a conservative. When I was 14 (1968) I discovered it, and became addicted to it. By 15, I was a done deal. Back then, the contributors were people like Malcolm Muggeridge, and Russell Kirk. Today, NR is controlled by Neocons. Faux conservatives. (Liz and I call them PUKEneos). WFB would be quite depressed if he came back today.
