Wednesday on MSNBC’s “Hardball,” host Chris Matthews called into question if using the term “Hispanic” was appropriate when it comes to describing Sens. Sen. Marco Rubio (R-FL) and Sen. Ted Cruz (R-TX) , two candidates for the Republican presidential nomination.
