She resigned her Courtesy Appointment, but I think she remains employed by the University in more official capacities, at least for now.

Yup. Still collecting taxpayer dollars after assaulting a person. That’s what it’s called when you bring in “muscle” to physically intimidate someone on State property.

She gave up an honorific. Meaningless. She still gets a paycheck and is still an Associate Professor. She should have been thrown out on her ass.

She gave up her Courtesy Appointment but is still a paid employee of the university. She will now be given an Uncourtesy Appointment.

She still has her regular job with the department of communications. To my knowledge, the university has still not officially condemned her actions or launched an inquiry, much less asked for her resignation. And media attention is already shifting to on-line threats against the student protesters.
