DALLAS – Republican presidential frontrunner Donald Trump named Katrina Pierson, a Tea Party activist from Garland, as his top spokesperson on Monday.
"Katrina understands the need for real change in Washington, D.C. and the importance of competence in the next election. Katrina will continue to be a great messenger as I share my vision to Make America Great Again," Trump said in a news release his campaign issued Monday afternoon.

So Trump’s not the nominee, who is left that has a serious chance beating Hillary? No one. Not one of the ones left can beat Hillary.
This woman and Scottie Nell Hughes have caused me to separate myself from all things Tea Party. Can you say, “Squishy”? Or maybe, “Fickle”? Whatever. I’m still solidly conservative and they’re now playing grab @$$ with a progressive. Go figure.
And if there is no one running that I can vote for I'll do what I did last cycle and not vote that part of the ticket.
I am not now, nor have I ever been a Republican.
I voted for Cruz last cycle in spite of him being a Republican.

I don’t know of any NY Democrats like Trump - but if they did exist, the country would be a MUCH BETTER PLACE.

Perhaps SOME OF US seem to have a UNABLE to find a life-long Republican willing to do that.
So, when Rince Previous, Karl Rove, Jeb, Bush-43, and Linda do the above, then SOME OF US may start to give Republicans the benefit of the doubt.
But, for now, a DEMOCRAT that is willing to seal the border RUNS CIRCLES around the GOPe type Republicans that are running...so I’ll vote Trump.

Only if you think “supporter” means campaign associate.
She was a Paulbot, not a Cruzer. From a local that has vetted local Dallas area candidates well for many years, she has some significant skeletons in her closet. Don’t think it will be a net gain for Trump.
The Dallas Republican landscape is a minefield. Various factions and groups waging war against each other instead of the Democrats.

Trump is coming now. If you are “establishment” you are finished. Look at bush as your standard bearer and weep uncontrollably. The new America is TRUMP/CRUZ and it won’t be a pretty fix.

My first thought, she’s going to prepare the way for Cruz to slip into the VP position.
The man cannot be trusted. Look at his record and wake up... Conservative he is not. He’s a populist and you’re falling for it hook, line, and sinker.
He supports whatever will get him elected. He is a calculating individual. He saw a void, and seized the opportunity. Open your eyes.
