As usual Mr Sowell brings a common sense rendering to cultural and political antics of the left.
Dr Carson is a hero in all the ways we understand it. He is not on my hot list for POTUS but I would happily vote for him if he receives the nomination.

That said, both Carson and Dr. Sowell are a lot closer to the Framers' ideal of a public-citizen/servant than anything urped up by the 'Rats and RiNO's in the last 24 years, with the possible exception of George W. Bush.
