Rubio is a weasel but he says the card was not , repeat,not issued by the Republican Party of Florida but was actually applied for and granted under his own credit line with the Florida Republican Party listed on the card.I try not to listen to what the twerp says but even with my casual observations on television I’ve seen him make those exact statements at least twice. Heck, I applied for an American Express card for my business.It does not have my name on it but it has my business name on it but I am personally responsible for payment.
