Thomas Glover, Jerry Washington, Charlie Thomas. That's just three. There were lots more, and most all of them are dead now.

They lived as thugs and died like punks. Every one.

Mine were Bob Craig and Jerry Tweed. I managed to pummel Jerry. Bob, not so much. I sucker-punched him and bit him, but lost. I was fifteen. I ran into him at a bar when I was eighteen. I was then a full head taller than he, and he was chubby. I savored the moment he recognized me. And I moved on.
