As Mark Levin astutely pointed out last evening, it means NOTHING because at this point Fed power trumps anything at the state and local level, and Obama is still ruling unimpeded with his phone and his pen.
It will take some states to play "chicken" with Federal judges, and that will be no mean feat, but without it the only other option will be uncivil disobedience, and while that may or may not end well, it would also end with blood in the streets.
In truth our Constitution is NOT defended by the government, it is defended by we the people. Our 1% “owners” and their corporate media toadies understand this and seek to keep us all divided by race, ethnicity, religion, class... whatever works! But when despots, be they judges or presidents disregard the founding principles of our country, it is not only our right but our responsibility to remove them from power! Such was the prime reason for the 2nd Amendment!
