This all part of the Coudenhove-Kalergi plan to eliminate white people from Europe and the US. The plan developed by Count Coudenhove-Kalergi in 1925 is to increase immigrants from Asia and Africa to create a brown-colored people (a mestizo race) that are not special in any way and easily managed by the elites.
