A cargo plane has crashed on take-off near the international airport in South Sudan's capital Juba, with at least 25 killed.
Some reports put the death toll as high as 40.

Maybe the jihadi sleepers at the airport mistook it for a Russian plane, because it was Russian design, and had light-skinned operators.
Or maybe it was Russians under cover.
I wouldn’t discard terrorism as cause.
After both wars in Iraq, several of our younger relatives got high paying job offers in the Middle East. Fortunately, they all said No Thank You!.
Has ISIS claimed responsibility yet?
