Wow. I tried to go back to look at the article fairly and disassemble it into component parts with which to take issue.

Except virtually the whole thing is tripe. Unpacking the lies, distortions and unproved assertions would take hours... It’s not worth arguing with, much less reading. What drivel.

For starters, for justice's sake, Assad should win the war against the head chopping rebels, retire and live happily ever after in Syria.

For Putin putting his country at risk, as the lone defender of western Christian values, in defeating the establishment of a world wide caliphate, we should wish him God speed.

Putin if he continues on track may be recorded in history as one of the greatest men of the century and even in civilized history.

The agreement is if a member is attacked. Obama's troops are there merely to make a dog's dinner out of an already quite messy scenario. If I were one of the 'boots on the ground' I'd revolt.
