65 year old physical therapist. I have developed a home exercise system using a tool I call the MobilityBar. My routine is daily, 20 exercises, 30 seconds each, total 10 minutes. The 20 exercises are 1) therapeutic, designed to maintain range of motion with our major joints: spine, shoulders, hips, knees, ankles, and 2) functional, designed to strengthen our major muscle groups.
20 exercises 10 minutes, everyday. My fitness level is extremely high.
